To quote Firefly, How come nothing ever goes smooth? I spent half my night at Sears trying to buy a washing machine. It took so long because the salesman punch in a more expensive model and had to void it out and start over (after leaving me waiting on him for about half an hour), and then he had the audacity to say I didn’t need to mention this when I filled out the survey. Geez, it’s okay, it’s not like I’m trying to get a house in order or anything.

God, moving is so stressful. I have internet (obviously) but that’s about the only thing that has gone right. This weeks i have to play serious damage control.

I’m finally getting out of the apartment life and into a rental house. I don’t know how this will affect updates, but I’ll probably have at least one late update while I get everything switched over.

I actually found a copy of Dommin’s Love is Gone ablum locally. Great album. I also thumbed through the manga version of Battle Royale because I love the novel so much. Way too much information. I like the idea of them expounding on the story, but I don’t really need to know some of the backstory they invented for these kids. As much as I’d love more on Hiroki and Shogo, I cannot read the manga Battle Royale.

I started reading Battle Royale again. I get the feeling I could read this one a hundred times through and still love it. I also just finished reading Go Ask Ogre. I enjoyed it; it reminds me of Kurt Cobain’s journal.

Vanilla chai and animal crackers. Something about the tea really brings out the sweetness of the crackers.
